Details
The contour is woven into these NZ wool blankets, and the wool underfelt has only one join along the spine. The goal of these pads was to create something that reduces any bulk - doing away with the need for leather to conceal any joins in the blanket.
The spinal contour is my very own pattern and has taken over 6 months to perfect. I wanted to find some common ground to suit a range of horses and therefore the underblanket also features a wither cutout.
Lined in either cream, choc marle or grey marle wool felt depending on availability.
Materials + Care
I use the best materials I can find, from local suppliers where possible. For saddle pads, please only use cool water and mild wool wash and never use a washing machine. A soft rubber curry comb may be used to remove dirt and hair, however I recommened the nozzle of your vaccuum for general dust and hair.
Postage + Returns
Where personalisation is required, please allow 3 days before postage (there may be times I am away and this will always be announced on my facebook site so please follow to get regular updates. Where no personalisation is required, these usually go out the following day except on weekends. Returns are only accepted for workmanship faults, not change of mind.
