Made By Harls was born from necessity - needing products
that I couldn't find - and a desire to create high quality gear.

My products are all handmade - created with heart, heritage and our horses in mind.

I don't make a single product that I don't use myself and I
don't take shortcuts. I use the best materials I can find, Australian suppliers
wherever possible and I'm gimmick free. You'll never hear me say I can solve
all your horse or saddle problems with a saddle pad. But I will say I am
passionate about creating the best products I possibly can and bringing them to
the Australian equine community.

I love handmade products. Always have. Being able to provide something unique has always been part of my philosophy. How do I go about ordering custom products for special events, trophies etc

Yes! Please head to the CUSTOM MADE SPECIAL ORDER SECTION, the contact form below, or email madebyharls@gmail.com and let me know what you're needing, quantity, your event date/timeline etc and I will be able to
provide a quote. All orders are queued once payment is received.
Tell me about your wool felt

The wool felt I use is from an Australian supplier. It is largely made in Germany and is just about as pure as you can get. I pay more, so that you get a better product. It's really that simple.
Do you offer layby or payment plans?

As all my items are handmade, and material costs are huge, all orders must be paid at the time of ordering, with the exception of saddles. All saddle orders are subject to a $1000 deposit. The remainder can either be paid in full when I let you know I am ready to start your build, or in increments beforehand.
What's your wait time?

For trophy and events, the usual is around 6 weeks however if you need something urgently, please contact me and I can do my best to help. For custom bridle orders, please allow 8-12 weeks. During Christmas holidays and Nutrien Classic sale time, no orders are made or posted. Saddle orders are usually a 5 month wait.
