Hair on hide and buffalo leather handmade tote

I was desperate for a new bag and once again, couldn't find exactly what I wanted so I made one!

Room inside to easily accommodate all the bits and bobs you might need in a day (or at a weekend draft!), and made from quality hair on hide and buffalo leather, with shoulder length straps so things aren't sitting way up under your armpit!

The buffalo leather has what is called a 'pull up' effect. That means the oils and waxes used in the tanning process shift, revealing a lighter colour beneath and creating a gradient (burnished look) throughout wear areas. It has a rustic look that compliments hide beautifully and the more the leather is handled, the more distressed it becomes. Love, love, love it!

The tote itself has sewn in box corners, a keychain on the interior to save you fishing through to the bottom for your car keys and wait for it ... my very own Made By Harls fabric interior lining. Interior fabrics are limited editions and only small runs will have the same interior colour ... so I've started with white!

Bags are not a product that will be able to be custom ordered as I can only make them when I have time around my main items but as they are made, they will be added to the store. It does mean that numbers will always be limited so if you see one you like, grab it as no two will ever be totally alike! Gotta love handmade!!
