Launching Sunday 15th Feb
These are the product of two worlds colliding! A handwoven NZ wool blanket topper, with wool felt lining - totalling in thickness to around 17/18mm.
Completely edge sewn and bound around the perimeter of the blanket, but not on the underside of the felt, to avoid any rub.
Hand cut contoured spine, in a 28 inch length which suits most fender and stock saddles. Also featuring a wither cutout, with full grain leather on the spine and wears (please note the wears will be shorter than those pictured, so that more blanket is shown in this area).
The leather can be engraved on either the spine or wither. Please use the comments section to include any personalisation details, ensuring any text is spelled correctly. Please also comment as to which font you would like from those pictured. Note that if you have a preference for tan or brown leather, please add this to comments. If no preference is indicated, the pad will come with brown leather as that seems to be the most popular.
Blankets available are as pictured - please note that monitors show different colours at times however I do my best to ensure pictures are as close as possible. If in doubt, please ask before ordering.
Please note there is generally a 4 week wait time on custom orders. This may be longer at peak times such as Christmas/New Year/Nutrien sale event etc. If in doubt, please ask.
Materials + Care
I use the best materials I can find, from local suppliers where possible. For saddle pads, please only use cool water and mild wool wash and never use a washing machine. A soft rubber curry comb may be used to remove dirt and hair, however I recommened the nozzle of your vaccuum for general dust and hair.
Postage + Returns
Where personalisation is required, please allow 3 days before postage (there may be times I am away and this will always be announced on my facebook site so please follow to get regular updates. Where no personalisation is required, these usually go out the following day except on weekends. Returns are only accepted for workmanship faults, not change of mind.
