Details
Grey marle wool felt with Crazyhorse pink leather wears and black/white hair on hide.
Engraving on the spine (no further engraving can be added).
13mm thick. Wither cut out and contoured spine. 28 inch spine length.
Note: crazyhorse leather has a natural burnished look which deepens with wear. Pressure, grazes, scratches etc are accentuated with this leather and that is the appeal of it.
Materials + Care
I use the best materials I can find, from local suppliers where possible. For saddle pads, please only use cool water and mild wool wash and never use a washing machine. A soft rubber curry comb may be used to remove dirt and hair, however I recommened the nozzle of your vaccuum for general dust and hair. As cool as they are, all pads are consumables and they will need replacing once they've had their day. All gear, regardless of who makes it and where it's from, should be checked before each ride. Never ride in worn or broken gear. Nothing lasts forever.
