Details

Now part of the work series range, which means these are prepped and ready for sewing and can be posted off to you within a week of placing your order. Please note, only the kersey I have in stock will be listed, and quantities at times may be limited. They are not customisable in terms of size but can include your initials or brand etc - a cost does apply for this as they are priced as a work pad without engraving. All brands must be supplied in a good image format with a transparent or white background. if you are engraving a name or initials, please choose from the fonts pictured and note this in your order comments. If no preference is made, I will choose one that looks best with the text required.

A beautiful Australian made 100% pure wool wadding layer sits under the kersey cover, closest to your horses back. Does include a single thin (3mm) layer of recycled cotton felt to maintain its shape through washing and wearing.

'Regular' thickness is around 17mm (they will compress slightly being a wool wadding fill).

'Close contact is around 11mm.

Note that 'regular' thickness is the one I use for all my horses (QH & SH) except my very, very round QH who uses the 'close contact' version with my smaller SQH tree fender.

The spine on these contours naturally and quickly - they are a great work pad and can just as easily head into the arena.

Wear leathers are either brown or tan.
Materials + Care

I use the best materials I can find, from local suppliers where possible. For saddle pads, please only use cool water and mild wool wash and never use a washing machine. A soft rubber curry comb may be used to remove dirt and hair, however I recommened the nozzle of your vaccuum for general dust and hair.
Postage + Returns

Where personalisation is required, please allow 3 days before postage (there may be times I am away and this will always be announced on my facebook site so please follow to get regular updates. Where no personalisation is required, these usually go out the following day except on weekends. Returns are only accepted for workmanship faults, not change of mind.
