Half hide with large full grain leather wears - the best of both worlds.
Discreet engraving can be included down the spine on this pad. Patches are not recommended on this sort of pad as it covers up too much of the gorgeous hide. If you choose engraving down the spine, please indicate your preferred font from the pictures.
Hide, leather and felt colour choices will be sent to you for these before I start making your pad. This is to ensure you are choosing from the most current that I always have in stock, and can choose a felt you feel best matches the hide.
Note that all hides have variations to colour and pattern and may include branding marks, swirls etc. This is part of the natural appeal of hide.
Spine length is 28 inches.
Materials + Care
I use the best materials I can find, from local suppliers where possible. For saddle pads, please only use cool water and mild wool wash and never use a washing machine. A soft rubber curry comb may be used to remove dirt and hair, however I recommened the nozzle of your vaccuum for general dust and hair.
Postage + Returns
Where personalisation is required, please allow 3 days before postage (there may be times I am away and this will always be announced on my facebook site so please follow to get regular updates. Where no personalisation is required, these usually go out the following day except on weekends. Returns are only accepted for workmanship faults, not change of mind.
