Details
These are made with waxed buffalo leather and topped with brown and white speckled hair on hide. Fully edge sewn and flexible around your boot - not made from the usual hard leather that you find elsewhere.
These are a smaller fit - Their finished length is approx 6.75" to the first button hole and 8.25" to the last button hole.
As a guide, I wear a size 7 ladies boot and wear these on hole 1 or 2 depending on the pair of spurs and how far they come around the sides of my boot.
Materials + Care
I use the best materials I can find, from local suppliers where possible. For saddle pads, please only use cool water and mild wool wash and never use a washing machine. A soft rubber curry comb may be used to remove dirt and hair, however I recommened the nozzle of your vaccuum for general dust and hair. As cool as they are, all pads are consumables and they will need replacing once they've had their day. All gear, regardless of who makes it and where it's from, should be checked before each ride. Never ride in worn or broken gear. Nothing lasts forever.
